Goals for Week 3 and how they went:
- Take vitamin every day with either lunch or dinner
- Only forgot on Monday. Though it definitely isn't habit yet so I will keep it as a weekly goal until it is habit again. :)
- Continue getting up at 6:30am every day. Work on lights out by 10pm at the absolute latest.
- Sunday: Lights out last night around 10:30 I think... Woke up at 6:20 with a headache so I went back to sleep until 8:30.Lights out at about 10:30pm
- Monday: woke up at 6am. lights out at 10:30pm
- Tuesday: woke up at 6am. went back to sleep until about 8:30am. Lights out 10:30pm
- Wednesday: woke up at 6:20 and couldn't move so I slept until 8.Lights out 10:30pm
- Thursday: up at 6am (needed to leave the house by 8 to get to Oneonta to take the car in), lights out 9:30pm
- Friday: up at 6:30am lights out at 9:50pm
- When I go to bed around 9:30, I am awake when 6:30 rolls around without too much of a problem. I need to remember this and try to stick to it.
- Exercise every day except Saturday
- Exercised only on Sunday :(
- This is no where close to where I want this to be. I really need to keep working on this and get my head focused.
- Try to plan out food for the day at least one day in advance (working my way up to planning a whole week at a time). Keep up with tracking everything I eat.
- Kept up with tracking, but planning meals still isn't happening very well.
- I went over my points for the week by 12 (ugh), and the culprit was not planning ahead for being in Oneonta on Thursday. I did not realize how high my lunch's points were and then in the afternoon instead of getting a nonfat iced chai I got a chai milkshake. bad choices and poor planning....
- Go to Saturday's WeightWatchers meeting
- Down 0.8lbs! :) I am very happy about this. In the past on WeightWatchers I would lose 0.6 or 0.8. just how my body releases the weight, but I will take any loss I get. :)
