Week 2 in review/ Goals for Week 3

I started off the week having stomach cramps/issues Saturday night, and then came down with a really bad head cold. This resulted in not being able to exercise (dizzy without doing anything) and sleeping a lot, so my goals for the week pretty much went out the window.

I did continue to track all my food this week, I consider that a success when I'm sick. As of Friday night I was 7 points over my daily/weekly points. :(  Combination of being sick and indulging in high points foods in too large servings. (mainly brownies) As evident in my last post I placed and received an order for VitaTops. My plan is to make these my daily breakfast item, and my go to item when I need a sugar/chocolate fix.

Weigh in results:
I stayed the same. Not bad considering my brownie binge and getting no exercise this week. I'll take it.

VitaTop Review:
Fudgy Peanut Butter Chip tastes like this cake from Hershey's. (I ate the VitaTop while it was still cold so the chips were hard. Heating it up will probably change the overall flavor association)

So here are my plans/goals for Week 3 (again):
  • Take vitamin every day with either lunch or dinner
  • Exercise every day except Saturday
    • 15+ minutes on the Gazelle or a 1 Mile walking DVD
    • Earn at least 7 activity points for the week
  • Continue getting up at 6:30am every day. Work on lights out by 10pm at the absolute latest.
  • Try to plan out food for the day at least one day in advance (working my way up to planning a whole week at a time). Keep up with tracking everything I eat. STAY WITHIN POINTS FOR THE WEEK! (I am determined to get this under control!)
  • Go to Saturday's WeightWatchers meeting
