- Get in 5-6 days of exercise. Aim for 6+ activity points
- I am wondering if 6 days is too much to strive for right off the bat so I am giving myself a little more flexibility this week to see if that helps me keep motivated.
- Continue taking my vitamin every day
- Wake up at 6:30, Lights out at 9:30.
- Try to stay within weekly points and keep tracking! Also, continue to work on planning my meals ahead of time.
- I've switched my WeightWatchers tracking week to start on Saturdays, so I'm going to start keeping track of things in here based on the same schedule.
- My scrapbook storage containers arrived today. The box is still in the car, but it means that I can reorganize all my scrapbooking stuff this week. :)
