- Woke up at 9am for the day. Woke up at around 5 and realized that there was no way I'd be able to function for the day if I only got two more hours of sleep. Decided to try again tomorrow when Rose and Mike will be up and getting ready for work which will at least force me to at least get up to go to the bathroom. The key will be not crawling back in bed after.
- 15 minutes on the Gazelle
Monday:
- Woke up at 6:45 and the bathroom was occupied. Hard to start the day without being able to go potty when I get up. Re-woke up at 7:45. Going to have to talk to Rose and figure out what schedules are now that Mike is working.
- No exercise
Tuesday:
- Woke up at 7:50am. I think Rose was in the bathroom so early yesterday because of strange sleep patterns due to her trip. I confirmed that Mike does leave for work around 5am, so if I get up at 6:30 I should be safe to get in and out of the bathroom before Rose wakes up. I'll probably aim work my way up to getting up at 6am (which I'll have to do next Wednesday to be able to leave the house by 8am to bring my car in). I'm going to have to reorganize my tv watching and sleep schedules to make this happen. Ideally I need to aim to be in bed close to 9pm. I figure if I go in the bathroom at 9 to do my evening pre-bed routine it might work.
-No exercise :-\ I did a bunch of cleaning......
Wednesday:
- Alarm set for 6:30am. Body was not happy. Slept/dozed until 7:30. Out of bed at 7:45 when the bathroom was free. [Last night was in pj's and ready for bed by 9pm but not sleepy. Watched tv with lights out until 10:30]
- 15 minutes on Gazelle
Thursday:
- Woke up at 6:30am and stayed up. Did not sleep well last night so it is a rough going kind of day. Lights out at 9:30pm.
- 15 minutes on the Gazelle
Friday:
- Up at 6:30am again. :) Still adjusting to getting going once I'm up though.
- Leslie Sansone Walk at Home, Classic Walk (1Mile)
Saturday:
- Woke up at 6:30am :)
Off to 8:30am WW meeting in Cobleskill.I really like the meeting leader and the feel of the meeting. I think I'm going to plan on going to this meeting again next week and getting set up so that it is my usual meeting location. The leader there also does a Thursday meeting in Schoharie (which is a lot closer to me) so I can always go to that meeting if I'm not going to make it to the Saturday one.
- Rest the body day so no exercise.
Thoughts on how I did with my goals for the week:
- Get up at 6:45am Sunday-Saturday [Lights out by 11pm (earlier if possible ~ ideal would be 10pm)]
- This was really hit and miss. I either was up at 6:30am or some other later time. Also adjusting to going to sleep earlier. As I continue getting up early, my body will adjust and it will be natural for me to go to bed earlier as well.
- Track food eaten and stay within points for the week
- Well, I did not stay within my points for the week, went over by 4 as of Friday evening (as I haven't had lunch yet as this is written and then posted I do not know how the rest of today will unfold in regards to my points). I did however track all my food eaten this week, which is a good thing. :) Foods that caused my downfall this week: Eggo Buttermilk waffles and ice cream. My body doesn't want to register the waffles as actual usable calories, and I am extremely weak at portion control when it comes to ice cream.
- Go weigh in at WeightWatchers (meeting optional, though preferred)
- Down 1.2 pounds from my last weigh in which was on January 13, so 3.5 weeks ago...
- I stayed for the meeting and did not feel uncomfortable at all even though I knew no one in there. It was just a really friendly atmosphere which was really nice. :)
- At least 10 minutes of exercise Sunday-Friday, Saturday rest day [Walking DVDs or Gazelle]
- I got in 4 days, not 6, but all times were 15+ minutes. (15mins gazelle, Walking DVD was about 24 minutes total) Definitely a good start.
