Life running away from me

Workouts:
Monday March 18 - 1 mile Walk Away the Pounds DVD
My knees were tweaky a bit at first, but then they were ok. I definitely need to wear different sneakers next time. My newer ones are too big, my feet keep sliding around in them. I ordered some new ones so we'll see how they fit. My smaller sneakers fit better but are losing support due to wear and age.

Got caught up in my own head and didn't do any other exercise during the week unless you count wearing higher heels than normal for several days (my calves and feet burned).

Went to the meeting on Tuesday, weighed in and logged a gain. Not too surprised, but definitely sick of logging an increase.

I've been continuing to track all my food and have been counting/tracking values too. I'm hoping to see it on the scale on Tuesday.

Upcoming obstacles:
1) Lunch with students tomorrow (Monday)
2) Dinner out with a friend on Friday
3) Lunch out (probably) with same friend Saturday
4) Cousin's wedding for dinner [prime rib] Saturday night
5) Hotel breakfast/brunch on Sunday
6) Dinner with students meeting following Monday
I do know some of the food items I will be eating at these obstacle meals so I need to sit down and plan ahead so that I do not get completely overwhelmed by them. I do not know what the menu is for tomorrow's lunch as the dining hall menu has not been posted in several weeks, but I have some choices that they always have that are safe and portion controlled.
