Recapping the "week"

Not a true recap of the week as its only two days worth, but as I'm also trying to form/reform the blogging habit, I figured it was worth doing.

Exercise (attempt):
Friday, March 16 - Zumba DVD - 20 minute workout
Only made it about 8.5 minutes into the workout. It was killing my knees! Might be because of the carpet/rug I'm trying to exercise on or I need different sneakers for Zumba, but whatever the  reason, this is not going to be part of my regular rotation for a while.

Weigh in:
Didn't go to weigh in today. Realized that if i was being realistic, if I went today I would talk myself out of going Tuesday after work, and I want to go Tuesday.

Went grocery shopping last night and bought myself some flowers. They didn't all fit in one vase, so I split them up and put some on the dining room table (which was the original planned location):





and I put the rest on the bookcase in my bedroom:





I'm still tracking, and today I started calculating values for foods, not worrying about what they add up to, but just trying to start the process up again. 

Plans for today include processing some of the groceries to go in the freezer, dishes, a little cooking, and more laundry (done 1 load so far, 2-3 more to go). Guess I should get started.
