[I have got to get better about posting these on the weekend, instead of forgetting like I have been)
I am very proud of myself that I got in 3 workouts last week/the week before(?). My goal right now is to do 3-4 workouts per week. I'm starting small with them, with the intent to work my way up. However, starting next week on Wednesdays, there is a 4:45pm Zumba class being held right on campus. I get out of work at 4:30pm and would just have to change and head across campus to it. The best part is, it is FREE! I am going to go at least once and see how I like it. I'm a bit worried about it being an hour long class and my workouts right now are in the 15 minute range, but I am going to give it a try and also force myself to take it easy so I don't kill myself.
This week's workouts:
Tuesday February 28 - 15 minutes on Gazelle (1,796 steps, 101 calories burned)
Post-work out thoughts - none really.
Friday March 2 - 5 minutes on Gazelle
Post-workout thoughts - Ugh to my stomach. Had to stop after 5 minutes and wasn't sure I could even last that long. Was feeling nauseous and stomach was crying for the bathroom.... No time to continue/finish workout and still get ready for work on time... sigh.....
My eating is still off track and I have no one to blame but myself. I have been making some better choices this week, but I'm not planning or tracking the way I should be or the way I want to be.
I haven't been to WeightWatchers in a month now, so that doesn't help either.... I need to go to the meeting tomorrow to weigh in at least and just "start over" from where I am.
As I am adding these last few sentences to this post, my space bar keeps getting stuck which is highly annoying. Seems to be better now, but I am hoping to not need a new keyboard, as I am picky and really like this one, and do not know if I'd find one similar.
