Food experiments, etc. for the week.

Sunday
 - Made oatmeal and only added added peanut butter (both white and dark chocolate). Not as sweet and ends up a lot thicker than when I add in the Polanar all fruit. Not bad, but not worth doing again.

Monday
 - Naan bread pizza - had some whole wheat naan from Wegmans in the freezer and decided to use it as a pizza crust. Baked it for 5 minutes to set up the crust, topped with spinach, mushrooms, a sprinkle of bacon pieces and mozzarella cheese. Then baked for another 15 minutes. All at 350*. Came out really yummy. Reminded me of the multi-grain flatbread pizza from Uno's, which is sort of what I was aiming for, so that was good.  It was super filling. Tomorrow I'll find out how it reheats in the microwave.

Tuesday
 - The reheated pizza was ok, the naan was falling apart a bit. Fresh out of the oven was definitely better.

Wednesday
 - Bought some Attune bars today! Looking forward to trying them out in the next few days. Also bought Thomas' Whole Wheat Bagel This. Shall be trying soon.

Thursday
 - Chocolate Crisp Attune bar - YUM! :) somewhere in between milk and dark chocolate.
 - Bagel Thins - I like them. Not quite a bagel, but much more dense than just having toast.

Friday
 - Milk Chocolate Almond Attune Bar - Reminds me a bit of the Godiva chocolate bars. Fabulous!
