Mid-month update

First weigh in of the new year/new month I was up 1.4 pounds. Considering all the rich foods I was eating, and the eating out, and especially the lack of tracking.....it could have been a lot worse.

Second weigh in I was up another pound, which I was surprised by. My meeting leader said that it might have been residual from the holidays though.

First week resulted in no trackable activity or exercise. I was struggling a lot to get my sleep schedule back on track. I was falling asleep way too late and getting up on time for work was a struggle.

Second week looked the same as the first week regarding activity and exercise. My sleep schedule was a lot better, but I  was still feeling unorganized and unable to keep up with everything so I chose to let exercise fall to the side. Food planning somewhat went with it too......


Looking at the rest of my goals for the month, the only area that I've made any progress in is with putting up some decorations on the walls. I got the wall clings up in the living room and bedroom, and in my bedroom I hung up some lights and a picture over by my bookcase. Here are the wall clings:



They make me happy.
I figured out that I need to go and buy some more frames and mat board to be able to frame and hang the prints I have that I want to put up. Mostly Amy Brown prints.

I am really going to try hard to make the second half of January a lot more productive than the first half.
