- Monday - Raked grass clippings, loaded them into a wheelbarrow, and then spread them around Mom's plants in the garden - about 40 minutes total
June goals update
- Not doing well on upping my days of exercise/activity. Been having some sleep issues which have been messing up my daily routines and causing conflicts with my parents' schedules.
- I'm still estimating portion sizes vs. measuring/weighing but am rounding up more than rounding down, which is a step in the right direction.
