I've decided to declare this week a short week since I weighed in on Thursday, but my points tracking will continue as normal. How things went this week:
- Weigh In
- I decided to weigh in on Thursday this week to help give myself one less thing going on on Saturday. That afternoon at 4 is my cousin's bridal shower, and then that evening is a large event at my parents' business that I'm helping to work as late as I manage to stay awake and functioning.
- Results: Down a pound since Saturday! :-)
- Exercise/Activity
- Monday - 1 Mile Walk Away the Pounds DVD (2AP) and then helped my mom plant some things in the garden and haul rain water from the barn to the garden.
- Unfortunately Monday's outdoor activities irritated my knee and it is still bothering me. Went to the grocery store today (Thursday) and was hobbling around with my cart.
