Definitely back on track (again)

Goals recap:

 - Do not go over my daily/weekly points
 - Work on planning meals better
I did a lot better this week regarding my points and planning my meals. I feel as though I do and feel my best when I plan to eat about 7 of my weekly points each day. It might fluctuate a little bit, but when I'm listening to my body, that's what I end up eating. The trick to this in the future is going to be figuring out and planning regarding special events dining.
 - Increase daily veggie intake
Worked on making a conscious effort this week to add more veggies. Definitely easier to do when I'm better about planning meals in advance. Added some grated/shredded zucchini and patty pan squash to my spaghetti I made over the weekend.  Tastes pretty good, hardly notice it in there and it gets me a bit extra nutrition and fills me up more.
I am going to keep working on these goals this week.

Going to call the apartment complex later today to find out a better idea of when I will be able to start moving things in. I'm hoping for as soon as possible because I'm very excited about having my own space again and am anxious to start getting settled in. The sooner I'm settled the sooner I can get into my new routine, and that new routine is going to include exercise. My hope is that these things will allow me to have more consistent progress on my weight goals and towards feeling healthier in general.
