two week update

Well, I think that dividing up my weekly points evenly through the week has definitely helped keep me from feeling as though I was allowed to binge a bit on any given day these last few weeks. I've noticed myself having a much easier time sticking to my new daily points allotment (with the added in weeklies) and noticed that I'm more concious of planning out my food through the day so that if I'm going to eat a high points value meal during the day I eat differently than if I wasn't going to have a high points meal.
I am definitely going to keep dividing my points up this way for the foreseeable future. 

I meant to post an entry last weekend but got caught up with things and wasn't going to get around to it until Thursday, so I thought it would be a little silly to post on Thursday and then again a few days later.

Last week I was down 0.6 bringing my total to 20.6.
This week I am down 1.6 bringing me to 22.2 pounds gone! This makes 2.2 pounds in two weeks, which for me is amazing and I got to my 10% goal at WW so I got my key chain this morning. :-) :-)
 
 


Well, now to take care of some things until I rush off to "work" from noon to 9pm for the skateboarding competitions at our skateboard park.
