This week I was better about tracking all my food. I did go over my points for the week though.
Weigh in results: down 0.8, hitting my 20lbs lost milestone!

I'm now 25% of the way to my "goal." I put goal in quotation marks because the weight I set for my goal weight on here puts me 2.4lbs under the highest healthy weight number for WW. It has been so long since I've been anywhere near that number, especially not since I've been trying to be good about my eating and be healthier, so I have no idea what my body will look like at that point. I may use that number for my lifetime goal weight so that I can get to lifetime status that much sooner, but I have a ways to go before I have to really make that decision so I'll wait to worry about it/ figure it out then. :-)
For this week I'm going to try planning to eat 5 of my weekly points each day instead of tapping into them when I want to splurge. I'm hoping that this will help me get my eating under control, and help steer me towards to making better food choices in general.
I'm trying to decide if I want to cancel my subscription to WW eTools. The only time I really go on there to do anything is after my weigh in to log my new weight. I haven't been using it to track my food, prefering to use my paper 3-month tracker. If things change, I can always sign up again and go back to it, but since it isn't really a part of what I'm doing anymore it seems like a waste of money. I need to think about it some more though.
