Uneventful week

Nothing much new to report this week. Still working on adjusting to having one less daily point. Its mind-boggling how one little point can make such a difference. It wasn't this hard when I lost the last one, but I know I'll get the hang of it. I need to just keep working on planning my food better.

I was down 0.6 at weigh in on Saturday, bringing my total to 17.4. Its not a big loss, but I'm still happy with it, especially since I'm struggling with the lost daily point.




I'm still struggling with my sleep schedule which in turn has hindered my exercise efforts (as did injuring my thigh helping my mom move some stuff outside this week).
