A review/update in outline form

Weigh in stuff:
  • I was up 0.2 pounds at weigh in this week. I'm ok with this as I wasn't paying as close attention as I should have been the last couple of weeks, it that TOM so I'm sure that didn't help things, and I'm at the point weight number wise where I really should have taken away a daily point after my last weigh in, but I dug in my heels and just didn't want to. I took the point away starting yesterday, so we'll see how things go at next Saturday's weigh in.
  • I skipped weigh in last week so I could get some extra sleep. I wasn't sleeping well due to the heat wave we got.
Exercise stuff:
  • I didn't exercise this last week at all. I'm still working on getting up earlier consistently (and also going to bed earlier) so that I can exercise before it gets too warm.
    • My  body is really sensitive to heat/humidity/air quality, and with not having air conditioning in my parents' house I'm struggling more this summer than in previous summers when I was living somewhere with A/C. 

Some Non-Scale Victories NSVs):
  • I didn't have to tug my jeans over my thighs to get them on after they had just been washed. 
  • Yesterday while eating both my lunch and dinner, I stopped eating when I'd had enough vs. continuing to eat until my food was gone.
 Random:
  • Yesterday I got the urge to use a paper tracker instead of tracking online. Not really sure why, but I figure I'll go with it for now. As long as I'm tracking somewhere/somehow that's all that's really important.

  1. Heat has definitely impacted my willingness to get even get into my car to go to the gym. Blah! Good job on the non scale victories! Those matter the most!
