- Sunday - Classic Mile walking DVD - 2 APs
- Tuesday - 1 Mile WATP DVD - 2APs (It was very difficult for me to get myself to exercise this morning. The house was very cold, which made me want to climb back in bed)
- Thursday - 20 minute walk around friend's neighborhood - 1AP
- Still not 4 days. I was proud of myself for taking the walk on Thursday. Was going to play with Julie's Wii on Friday for my day 4 workout, but we couldn't get it to work right. (She's been having problems with it since she got her new TV)
- Lights out by 10:30pm
- 11, 11, 10:15, 10:35, 10:40, ?, ?
- Stay within points for the week (dailys + weeklies)
- No idea. Probably went over. Stopped tracking when I was at Julie's. Used all but 4 of this coming week's weeklies already yesterday (Saturday) Ugh!
Just going to redo the past week's goals for this coming week.
