Getting off track....(Week 11)

A look back at this week's goals:
  • Workout 4 days 
    • Sunday - Classic Mile walking DVD - 2 APs
    • Tuesday - 1 Mile WATP DVD - 2APs (It was very difficult for me to get myself to exercise this morning. The house was very cold, which made me want to climb back in bed)
    • Thursday - 20 minute walk around friend's neighborhood - 1AP
      • Still not 4 days. I was proud of myself for taking the walk on Thursday. Was going to play with Julie's Wii on Friday for my day 4 workout, but we couldn't get it to work right. (She's been having problems with it since she got her new TV)
  • Lights out by 10:30pm 
    •  11, 11, 10:15, 10:35, 10:40, ?, ?
  • Stay within points for the week (dailys + weeklies)
    • No idea. Probably went over. Stopped tracking when I was at Julie's. Used all but 4 of this coming week's weeklies already yesterday (Saturday) Ugh!
Didn't weigh in this week. Weighed myself on my scale this morning and was up a bit from last week. Not overly surprising since I'd stopped tracking, and had high points days Wednesday thru Saturday. 

Just going to redo the past week's goals for this coming week.
  • Workout 4 days 
  • Lights out by 10:30pm 
  • Stay within points for the week (dailys + weeklies)
