My weight is becoming a runaway train. I got on the scale this morning after weeks of avoiding it, and in the last 2 months I've gained 7 pounds. Ugh! Not good and not okay!
I knew yesterday that I definitely had gained more than a pound or two when my one pair of jeans was super tight on me. That was the kick in the pants (pun intended) I needed to stop messing around with this and get back on plan. A while back I'd started a food list with points values in Excel and mocked up a weekly planning/tracking thing too. (The food list is basically my quick reference guide/favorites so that I don't have to find things in the food book, especially since I no longer have eTools.) So yesterday I organized the food list, and started tracking my food with points values, starting with the half slice of PB cheesecake I had for breakfast. (D'oh!)
Between the weather and morning schedules living with my parents, exercising the way that works for me just doesn't work right now. I was so focused on starting back with exercise, that I let my eating go crazy. So now I'm going to focus on the food, and I will factor in exercising once I get my own place (which I'm hoping will be by October).
