I have already decided not to weigh in tonight, mainly because I forgot to pack my weigh in clothes when I left the house this morning. I will decide later if I am going to try and go weigh in at a different meeting this week. I'm pretty sure that I've gained at least a little weight which isn't motivating me to find a meeting to go to....
(ended up having to work late so going to weigh in wouldn't have worked....)
I got in a lot of activity yesterday in the form of shoveling snow for several hours. We got at least 2 feet, and while we do own a snow-blower, it was buried in snow at my parents' business, and therefore not accessible. I am super super sore today from the shoveling, because at most I might shovel for 15-20 minutes (usually the end of the driveway or the back steps), so this was much more than I am used to. Also, I haven't been active in any form (with the exception of all the walking in Vegas) in months and months. I really do want to fix that.
I feel so lost regarding getting back on track with my eating. My go to breakfast foods have not been agreeing with me in the mornings, so I've been eating them as "dinner" foods. But this leaves me stumped with what to start my day with. I watched this show once where this woman started her day with a full dinner, lunch was normal, and then ended with breakfast. Based on my stomach's behavior lately this is sounding like a better and better idea for me (at least during the week). The problem is that I tend to scavenge for dinner, throwing food together based on what my mom has made and what is around, and this is not doable in the mornings when I am pressed for time. I'm just not sure what to do....
Is it possible to do the scavenging in the evening, making up a plate for yourself after you've had breakfast for dinner, wrap it up and put it in the fridge to await you in the morning?
ReplyDelete*hugs!* good luck hun!
