This isn't a true loss of 2 pounds because I switched from weighing in wearing jeans to wearing lite sweatpants. I started noticing that the difference in my weight between my home scale and the WW scale was increasing, so I wanted to combat that. I am still really happy with this and feel like I'm slowly getting back on track.
Only one more weigh in before I head to Vegas for my cousin's wedding. (eeps!) I'm bringing sneakers and am going to walk like a crazy person while I'm there to combat all the food temptations that I know I will end up giving in to. I know that I am a lot better now about judging how much food my body needs so that I do not overeat (which leads to my getting sick), but the thought of all those food options being relatively easy to access just makes me nervous.
