I lost 1.2 pounds at my second weigh in of the new year, and haven't weighed in since. Two weeks ago the weather was horrible, and this past weekend I was feeling really cruddy.
I haven't been tracking or planning my food the way I want to. Not having easy access to the online tracker when at home is what I think I'm getting hung up on. It was tracking that way that I learned points values before. I could get used to tracking on my phone I think, but my current phone isn't good for that sort of thing. I've been playing around with the idea of getting a new phone, but haven't found a phone that I really like or that I can justify the cost of. I know that I could just use a paper tracker, but with my stomach craziness I never know if I'll need to change what I'm eating.
Still adjusting to the new job, but I am enjoying it.
Hopefully I'll be able to write a longer entry for this coming weekend.
