Mailed in my Monthly Pass to the address I found online. Hopefully I can get a partial refund for it since my parents' house is in a franchise area that does not accept the pass, and according to the website you are entitled to a refund if you do not live within 15 miles from a location that accepts the pass.
Now I wait to hear back.
